Do you have a strategic sales plan to grow your business and bring in more sales?

The dictionary definition of "strategy" is a plan of action to achieve a specific objective, a method to make, do or accomplish something.

Sales in the strategic plan is a statement very clear what your business has to do for you to achieve your sales goals. The wonderful thing about having a plan is that it gives you a sense of control over the direction change in your life.

Now, the type of plan I am talking about is a plan to grow their sales and customers. If you are serious about doubling your sales and bracing tons to more customers, you have to know how you do it.

The key is to plan, anticipate and articulate what they want and write it down. Please put it into existence, does not possess.

Unfortunately, most people spend little or no time working on the plan sales strategy. Without a clear plan of what they want to achieve and how will you do, you may not achieve all its objectives.

I recently spoke with a businessman who was fighting by closing sales. When asked how they sell their services, said calling people he knew. She thought that if you just reach more people, who had more appointments and make more money.

I asked her what else she's doing to market your business? She said, "I intend to network, however, things continue on the road. And I hope to create my website soon. "Yes, it's easy to be distracted by other things when there is no plan to follow.

Let me share with you the process followed to create a sales strategy plan for my client, Judy, and the results that followed:

The situation
Judy is the owner of an enterprise of tile and stone. Judy dreamed of producing a website and creating a brochure, however, without clear steps to follow, which became easily distracted by the daily details of your business. His dream seemed likely to remain a dream.

Judy came to me because she lacked focus and direction. Without a clarity and a clear sense of how to increase sales, which was confused and overwhelmed by the responsibility of owning a business. She clearly was not working his business, his business was running it.

The process of
At first I had Judy create 3 specific objectives and vivid that I wanted to achieve in the first 3 months. With each goal listed action steps to take and an expiration date for each step. We have divided the business objectives, sales and marketing categories.

Before Judy came into action, I made make a list of all the obstacles that had prevented him from achieving his goals. He saw that there were some fears that were in the way of forward movement. These same fears also stopped in other areas of your life too. I have worked closely with Judy to get to the source of her fears for what was put in freedom and confidence to move forward. Judy became increasingly excited!

The results
Judy now had a clear vision of what she wanted his business to look like. With its renewed energy, was more productive and action, and the results came almost immediately. Your dreams come true. It produced a beautiful brochure to give to their clients, created a professional website that showed his company, and designed a new logo. With the new corporate image, sales increased by 60%! Judy is currently in her business, her business no longer runs it.

A clear and concise sales strategy plan provided Judy with a step by step process that gave clarity and direction. He quickly began to close more sales, signing more customers and making more money.
