Source copyright?
I am currently designing a logo for the new company of my wife. The logo will be published on its website web, on business cards and brochures. While looking for the best source, I found one that is included in all basic source of Vista (Andalus). However, MS is not the creator of the source, but cast some external source. Now I wonder how the copyright status of works in this case. I am aware that there may download (free / sale) sources usually come with some sort of copyright in the enclosed readme text or web page. But how is that packaged sources in Vista?
If you are in Vista, it's free to use, do not worry. The copyright for the fonts are only for when they say that you are the creator of the source, which is obviously not the case here. But for anyone to use fountains.
